1. How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking link on whatsapp and email, once your order is dispatched. You can also go to your profile and check your order status.
2. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Email us at elevate.inpiredliving@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will try and do the needful if the product hasn’t left our warehouse. We will refund the amount back to your original source of payment within 3 days of the order being cancelled.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD at the moment. Planning to add that feature in near future for sure. All other payment methods, Neft, IMPS, UPI, Credit and Debit cards are accepted.
4. Are taxes levied additionally?
All our prices are inclusive of taxes. We do not charge anything over and above the price shown to you on the website, apart from shipping, which is calculated at checkout, depending on the location of delivery.
5. What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

6. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer beautiful gift wrapping options on request. Please email us at elevate.inpiredliving@gmail.com or wats app on 9820091974 with your requests .
7. Are the items handcrafted?
Many of our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations — that’s the beauty of handmade decor.
8. How can I trust that my credit/debit card transaction is safe?
Shopping with Elevate is completely safe. All payments are routed through our payment partner Razorpay which is completely secure
9. I am facing issues with my order. What do I do?

10. Where do you deliver? Do you deliver internationally?
Currently we deliver anywhere and everywhere in India. We do not ship internationally as yet, but planning to add international shipping in the near future.
