Return Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Elevate – Inspired Living. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, here's how we can help:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. Return request can be initiated through the website or on our wats app number 9820091974 (between 10 am and 6 pm on working days)

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the product is inspected by us.

  • Items marked as final sale, custom-made or gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • We shall charge a convenience fee of 200/- on all return orders.

  • In case of damaged or defective items, please email us at elevate.inspiredliving@gmail.com with a box opening video within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.

Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Elevate – Inspired Living. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, here's how we can help:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. Exchange request can be initiated through the website or on our whatsapp number 9820091974 (between 10 am and 6 pm on business days)

  • You can choose your item for exchange and send us the image/SKU code, we will start the process by initiating a return order. Once received, we inspect the product and send the exchanged product to you.

  • The difference in amount will either be refunded to you or paid online by you, through mode of payment convenient to you, depending on the price of the exchanged product. 

  • Items marked as final sale, custom-made or gift cards are not eligible for exchange.

Cancellation Policy

We at Elevate – Inspired Living understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, here’s how it works:

  • Timeframe for Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them or before they leave our warehouse, whichever is earlier.

  • How to Cancel: Email us at elevate.inspiredliving@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9820091974 (between 10 am and 6 pm on business days) with your order number. We’ll do our best to process your request if the product hasn’t already been dispatched.

  • Refunds: Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 3–5 business days.

  • After Dispatch: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can, however, request an exchange as per our Exchange Policy.

  • Exceptions: Custom-made items, products marked as final sale, and gift cards cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
