Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. Return request can be initiated through the website or on our wats app number 9820091974 (between 10 am and 6 pm on working days)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the product is inspected by us.

Items marked as final sale, custom-made or gift cards are not eligible for return.

We shall charge a convenience fee of 200/- on all return orders.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition. Exchange request can be initiated through the website or on our wats app number 9820091974 (between 10 am and 6 pm on business days)

You can choose your item for exchange and send us the image/SKU code, we will start the process by initiating a return order. Once received, we inspect the product and send the exchanged product to you.

The difference in amount will either be refunded to you or paid online by you, through mode of payment convenient to you, depending on the price of the exchanged product.
