How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking link on WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched. You can also go to your profile and check your order status.

Yes, our pieces are crafted with love, creativity, and attention to detail. Founded in Bandra, Mumbai, we are a homegrown brand built on the joy of transforming spaces with soulful decor. 

The result: décor that feels personal, artisanal, and thoughtfully curated.

How do I care for and maintain the decor pieces?

Because our products use premium materials and finishes, we recommend gentle care: avoid harsh cleaners or abrasives, wipe with a soft cloth, and keep in a stable environment (away from excess humidity/heat) to preserve finish and longevity.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Email us at elevate.inpiredliving@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we will try and do the needful if the product hasn’t left our warehouse. We will refund the amount to your original source of payment within 3 days of the order being cancelled.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer COD at the moment. Planning to add that feature in the near future for sure. All other payment methods, Neft, IMPS, UPI, Credit, and Debit cards are accepted.

Are taxes levied additionally?

All our prices are inclusive of taxes. We do not charge anything over and above the price shown to you on the website, apart from shipping, which is calculated at checkout, depending on the location of delivery.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Many of our pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations — that’s the beauty of handmade decor.

Shopping with Elevate is completely safe. All payments are routed through our payment partner Razorpay, which is completely secure.

Where do you deliver? Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we deliver anywhere and everywhere in India. We do not ship internationally as yet, but planning to add international shipping in the near future.
